Terms and Conditions

We hate pages and pages of small print as much as anyone else, however, there are some key points we need to mention, and some valuable information you might need contained in the sections below.

By making a purchase on this site you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.

 

Any order will be treated as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. You must be over 18 years of age to order from this website and delivery must be made within the UK. Payment is automatically taken at time of ordering regardless of whether an item is in stock or not, if the item is not in stock we will advise of expected completion of order,  if this is not acceptable you may cancel the order for a full refund. By placing an order with us you are confirming that you accept these terms and conditions and that they may change in the future

We do rely on outside companies and suppliers for our deliveries so delivery times and schedules vary depending on where they are being shipped from.

Unfortunately we cannot be held financially responsible for any mistimed or failed delivery.

If an item is out of stock when ordering we will inform you of an expected delivery date. If this is not acceptable we will advise you of an alternate item or you may cancel the order.

You will be responsible for the goods as soon as we have delivered them to your door. We can only deliver the goods to the address on the order. The goods will need to be signed for before they are left.

Any damage to the goods, shortages, or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery.

Damages must be noted on the delivery note.

It is your responsibility to check the number of packages you are signing for and note any difference on the delivery note. All damages or accessories missing must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. It is your responsibility to inform us within 48 hours of any damages or shortages or if any of the goods supplied are incorrect.

We will not accept liability for goods lost, damaged or accessories missing unless we are notified within 48 hours.

If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration charge of 20% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card account.

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s guarantee. This guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect and misuse. In addition, routine maintenance cosmetic damage is not covered. The guarantee specifically does not include faults caused by accident, poor maintenance or misuse. Poor performance due to external factors such as signal quality and interference are not accepted as suitable reasons for return. If an item is returned without fault or is out of the period of the manufacturers guarantee all products will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

Our products are made for the domestic market and as such Your 12 month warranty is only for products that have been used for a domestic nature, any item that has been used in any business environment will not be covered for any repair/exchange 60 after initial delivery regardless of the fault.

 

No Fault Returns We really hope you are happy with your purchase from us but if you aren’t for any reason you can return the item to us within 7 working days from the delivery date.If you wish to cancel your contract once the product has been delivered, you can return it for a credit or refund less any delivery charges and a 15% return delivery charge.

You can arrange delivery back to us if you wish which you must pay for but you must let us know the date of arrival and which delivery company you are using, we must be satisfied the return delivery is safe and secure, the item still belongs to you until it is back in our warehouse.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will issue a Returns Authorisation Number. You must return the goods within 14 days or this Returns Authorisation Number will no longer be valid.

The goods must be in the original packaging as new and ‘unused’, they must include all manuals and accessories. It is your responsibility to return goods to us at your own risk and expense.

Goods received ‘as new’ but incomplete with missing components and accessories will be charged to you.

Goods not received ‘as new’ will be returned back to you at your cost.

Faulty Returns We try to inspect as many items as we can before shipment to keep shipping costs to a minimum but sometimes accidents do happen and faulty items are delivered, we can be in no way held financially responsible for damaged delivery of an item.

We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery of a damaged item, we will then do one of the following

* ship a replacement – shipped to you at our expense

* offer a full refund – once the item is verified faulty and is complete with all original box, packaging, and accessories. If a product having been examined by our engineer is not deemed faulty you will be offered the goods returned to you at your delivery expense

* Refund the invoice cost less any applicable delivery charges provided the product is ‘as new’ complete in its original box with all packaging and accessories. If the packaging is damaged or poor then we reserve the right to impose a charge to cover any repackaging, any missing accessories will also be charged to you.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated.

We do not store or share any financial information with any third parties.

Delivery charge is always included in the price to mainland UK only, for surrounding isles please contact us and we can advise of additional charge. Please see delivery section for details.

Prices quoted are correct at time of entering information. We reserve the right to change prices and specification of any item on the Web site at our discretion without prior notice or to withdraw any items at any time.

We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any items from the Web site or refusing to process an order. However, this will not affect any orders that have been accepted and therefore despatched.

When you make a purchase you will automatically be added to our mailing list, If you do not wish to receive any further mail please leave a note in the special instructions by simply stating “no mail”.

Unless stated otherwise we do keep purchase and address details, this is purely for warranty claims/customer services we will never sell nor disclose your details to any 3rd party for marketing/mailing purposes.

From time to time mistakes can happen, In the event that our products are listed at the wrong price due to typing errors or incorrect pricing information from our suppliers we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed whether they are confirmed or not.

All products are inclusive of a manufacturer’s warranty which is a standard 12 months unless otherwise stated on the listing. Your warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse or cometic damage All electrical products can either be repaired by the manufacturer or an authorised service agent. For a list of agents please contact the manufacturer, details are supplied within your instructions. N.B. You may need to pay a call out charge to the service agent.

All complaints should be sent to us in the Contact Us section . Each complaint will be dealt with individually and we will attempt to resolve the problem within 5 working days.
